Omotoso Akorede Sunday a researcher and entrepreneur is a native of Akure South Local Government Area in Ondo State, Nigeria. Having observed his mandatory National Youth Service in Federal University Dutsin-Ma in 2017, he identified the need for quality indigenous food items in the community. He was motivated by the willingness to contribute to the society and profer solution by making quality indigenous food items available at "arm's length". Dutsin-Ma community is host to the state College of Education and the Federal University and thus comprises people from all walks of life with diverse ethnic/cultural background and their unique special delicacies.

He has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, (B.Sc. Hons.) from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, (AAUA) Ondo State, with Second Class (Upper Division). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership Management and Productivity (ILMP). He is currently pursuing his M.Sc. Degree in Accountancy in the prestigious Federal University, Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State.
