Tentatively, deliveries shall ONLY be made for orders placed within Dutsin-Ma town until further provisions are made for orders outside Dutsin-Ma.
An order placed is not valid until it is received, with payment acknowledged by the Admin.
Orders placed after operating hours (especially after closing hours) may not be treated, until the next working day.
The organization shall not be held liable for any damage or loss after delivery of goods ordered in good state.
Payment for goods ordered shall be made ONLY through the various mediums on the platform.
Please, provide clear and precise description of your location when registering for easy location and timely delivery of your order. In an event where the address or pick-up point is not clearly stated, the customer may be required to visit the Head Office to claim the goods ordered (without refund of delivery fee).
Customers should kindly provide valid and up to date information (especially when there is a change in location as at when registering and when placing an order) on their profile in te process of registration in order to aid feedback or communication from the organization, especially contact phone numbers.

Our operating hours is from 8a.m. to 6p.m (Monday to Saturday) and 2p.m to 6p.m on Sundays.
